Moving Site: Part 1

I’m moving my site.  Yes, I’m crazy.

moving-day

I’ve come to dislike my website editor.  A lot.

I’ve always used a WYSIWYG editor for YEARS (I started waaayyyyyy before blogs became “the in thing”).  Because of my time constraints, I find it necessary to move my site at www.jmeacham.com to a blog format.  In doing this, I hope to be able to add content more easily, since I won’t dread loading my WYSIWYG editor, editing (all the while hoping the program doesn’t crash), and then uploading to my host.  I’m somewhat nervous about this because there are some very valid reasons why I’ve kept it a website rather than converting it to a blog.  To name a few:

  • organization
  • ease of finding “like” things
  • time it will take to convert

Regardless of how I feel about it, I do think it’s time to move.  Not sure how long it will take, BUT, the www.jmeacham.com site will remain active until all has been copied over (rewritten, organized, and finalized).

Pray for me.  Really.

  5. I’ve been so thankful for the things you’ve shared over the years. Our K-1 Looping Teams have been fans since 2007, when one of my coworkers found your ABC’s of ____ to share everything you want the parents to know. We learned about the 2 Sisters from you among many other goodies. 🙂 May God give you clear thought, lots of shortcuts, and stamina to move your site!!!
    Blessings and thanks again!!

  6. Pray said for you! I appreciate all the hard work you’ve done (and time you’ve saved me) over the years. Good luck & thank you!

  7. I do believe all of the ideas you have presented for your post.
They’re very convincing and will definitely work.

Still, the posts are too short for newbies.
May just you please prolong them a little from subsequent time?
    Thanks for the post.
